About Nikki’s

Coming from a family of traditional Chinese chef patrons in Hong Kong, Nikki Ip has an established business built on a reputation for producing the finest Chinese cuisine. This has had customers returning again and again since his restaurant opened in 1992. Many of them bring with them family and friends, for a good outing and those special occasions. His dishes set his restaurant apart as a dining experience.

Nikki Ip has won numerous awards and has been highly acclaimed in both the national and local press. This has included: Cheshire Life, The Daily Telegraph, The Times, and internationally in Europe, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and throughout North America.

Next to the restaurant, the Wine Bar is an Avant Garde setting with outstanding decor and lighting. The furnishing and decoration are chosen internationally and reflect the informal and warm atmosphere of the wine bar.

Nikki and his wife Helen, add a personal dimension to the dining experience of the restaurant. Helen complements Nikki’s culinary skills with her personal attention to detail and care of her patrons. This is a fundamental part of the experience and sets the atmosphere of the Wine Bar.
